If your having trouble getting your clothes clean, check the inlet water faucets on the wall going into your water valves at the back of the machine.  Make sure faucets are turned on half to all the way open.  There are two water valves connected to the washing machine.  If these become stuck they will not open correctly!  Water valves must have sufficent pressure to open.
